ORDERING INFORMATION
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email, if one does not come through please check your junk mail or email us at customersupport@christienicolaides.com
A separate shipping email will be sent with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
DELIVERY
All Australian orders are sent Express via Australia Post and all International orders are sent Express via DHL.
Australian orders received by 12pm will be despatched same day via Express post (excluding weekends).
All orders received after 12pm will be despatched next business day.
Use the tracking number provided in the shipping email to track your parcel. Your parcel can be tracked on either the Australia Post website (Australian orders) or the DHL website (orders outside of Australia)
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please email customersupport@christienicolaides.com
It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pick up from your post office (or similar) if the parcel cannot be left at the address provided.
VATS/ DUTIES/ TAXES
Please note that the customers are responsible for the VAT & Duty charges. VAT & Duty charges are not payable by Christie Nicolaides. These charges are set-by the receiving country and outside Christie Nicolaides the brand's control.
Customers who refuse delivery and choose not to pay Duty/ VAT/ Taxes will be charges and cause orders to be returned to Christie Nicolaides, will be charged a restocking fee of $60 AUD to cover return freight and logistical costs.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Any orders for Western Australia or locations outside of Australian metropolitan areas, please allow an additional 1-3 days post time. Delivery times are an estimate only and Christie Nicolaides will not be held liable for any reasonable or unavoidable delays in delivery (inclusive of Covid-19 delays).

All international orders are sent via DHL Express and normal expected delivery times are 3-5 days. Upon despatch a tracking number will be emailed to you. The parcels can be tracked through the DHL website here

TAXES & DUTIES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Christie Nicolaides is not responsible for any delays.
