RETURNS & EXCHANGES
AUSTRALIAN RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not issue refunds unless there is manufacturing fault present at the time of receipt.
In the unlikely event of receiving an item with a manufacturing fault, our studio will need to be notified via customersupport@christienicolaides.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that naturally occurring variances in our Pearls or Gemstones are not considered manufacturing faults. For more information, please visit here
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges for pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.
For all other items, excluding pierced earrings, we can offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of your order date
Please note the terms of accepted changes are:
- Items must be returned in original condition, unused and unworn.
- All Jewellery boxes and pouches must also be returned in original condition and unused.
- Tags must still be attached where applicable.
Return postage is to be paid for by the customer and Christie Nicolaides will not incur the charges for return postage costs or any items lost in transit. We suggest that any items being returned to ur studio are sent with tracking.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are based in Australia and ship all items from Australia.
If you are placing an order from outside of Australia, please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on any pierced earrings.
Should you wish to change your mind on an item that is not a pierced earring, you may return it within 21 days of the original order date for a credit note only.
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can never be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Return postage for exchange items is to be paid for by the customer and Christie Nicolaides will not incur the charges for return postage costs.
Please note that all customers are responsible for the VAT & Duty charges. VAT & Duty charges are not payable by Christie Nicolaides. These charges are set-by the receiving country and outside Christie Nicolaides the brand's control.
Customers who refuse delivery and choose not to pay Duty/ VAT/ Taxes and cause orders to be returned to Christie Nicolaides the brand, will be charged a restocking fee of $60 AUD to cover return freight and logistical costs.
Some international orders may incur duties/ taxes/ vat charges. Please see below.

OUR STONES
The organic structure of our carefully selected Baroque Pearls makes each heirloom piece truly unique, with infinite variations of vivid colour and shape – making your jewellery collection magnificently one of a kind, just like you.
In order to ensure the safety of our pearls while they make their journey to our makers, we choose to use hand-strung pearls to ensure their shine is protected - therefore, depending on the structure of your chosen style, it is sometimes possible to see small holes in our ‘gems from the sea’.
This is not a fault in the product, as this is a part of our artisanal production choice.
