DISCOUNT CODES & GIFT CARDS AT CHECKOUT
Multiple gift cards can be used per transaction at checkout
One discount code can be used in conjunction with one or multiple gift cards at checkout per transaction
Only one discount code can be used per transaction at checkout. This cannot be amended as our online store cannot process multiple discount codes at checkout
Discount and promotional codes are not redeemable for cash/ credit notes
Please note that the currency value of our 'Welcome Code' is $25 AUD, this amount will adjust to the currency value that you are shopping and is only valid on purchases over the value of $300 AUD
INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY CONVERSION
Should you be viewing our online store in a location outside of Australia, prices will be displayed in your local currency.
USA & Canadian shoppers will view prices in USD and be charged in USD.
For all other International countries, upon reaching the shopping cart, the currency will convert back to AUD (Australian Dollars)
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer Afterpay & Zippay as a payment option for customers based in Australia. Other payment options include Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa & Visa debit, Mastercard, Shop Pay & Union Pay. Gift Vouchers are available for purchase via our online store here
SALE / OUTLET / IMPERFECT SALE
Please note that all purchases made on Sale, Outlet or Imperfect Sale items are final. There is strictly no returns or exchanges on any Sale, Outlet or Imperfect Sale items.
IN STORE COLLECTION
Please allow 2 days for In Store Pick Up orders to be processed. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection
If you wish to amend your order in any way, please email customersupport@christienicolaides.com
If you have selected in store collection by mistake, however require your order to be sent via post, you can pay for postage here.
In store collection is not available during sale periods.
In store collection is only available from our Brisbane location
FASTENINGS
Please note that occasionally the pendant at the top of the earrings is different for the clip-on style. Please look closely at the images provided
PRODUCT CARE
To avoid tarnishing and prolong the life of your jewels we recommend keeping them in the box provided. Additionally, to maintain their shine and condition it is recommended that they do not be exposed to chlorine, nail polish removers, body lotions, soaps, perfume, and hairspray
To clean your jewellery, we recommend using a suede cloth. Please do not use water or any other cleaning agents as they can be abrasive and can remove the plating from the jewellery
